  4. I have had raw chocolate items.  There is raw cocoa powder one can add to dishes.  In the film "Go Further," the chef made a raw chocolate pie with avocado.  At an upscale raw restaurant in NYC, I've been served chocolate desserts (Pure Food and Wine--try it!).

    How they produce the raw cocoa poweder, I don't know.
