Do reserve marines have health care coverage? if so where can they go if they live in so. california?

All branches have health care.  Once you're enrolled in DEERS and Tricare you can go anywhere that excepts tricare, but it's easiest to go on base.  I would opt for tricare prime.

Reserve Marines only have health care if they are on active reserve duty.  Their drill weekend or 2 weeks training and if they are called to duty. South Cali best bet would be camp pendleton.
