  1. Resident Aliens  need their ARC card and another Valid ID.

  2. Puertorricans are US citizens of the United States and by law we do not need passports. Now, those who come from Cuba, Dominican Republic and Jamaica whom live here, do need passport, visa and green card.  But those born here are under the law American Citizens and do not need passports.

  3. Puerto Rico is a Commonwealth ("associated free state" )of the US (some call it "colony"), but in any event, we ARE part of the US. So, flights from the Mainland US to PR are domestic flights. You do need Photo ID, not necessarily a passport, but many people do take them because they are the best possible form of ID.

    A resident alien should bring the green card, just in case.
