  1. Washington state is one of the few states that don't allow restaurants to pay servers below minimum wage.  Washington's minimum wage is $8.07.

  3. As far as I know all restaurants severs in the US make WAY less than minimum.  $2.63/hour is the usual waiter/waitress wage.   That is what tips are for.  I don't know about Seattle specifically.

  5. WA pays minimum wage an hour regardless of your profession. So a server makes the minimum wage plus whatever tips they make!
