It's up to each location manager whether it's a service they want to provide for their customers unless there is a company policy precluding it. If they get enough demand then they may get it.

It just depends on where you go. McDonald's, for example, has Wi-Fi at most of their locations. I've never tried it, but from what I've heard, you have to buy it in some places. Just take your computer and/or a Wi-Fi Hotspot finder, and search in any restaurant you want to.

Fast food restaurants typically do. But you're not going to walk into a more formal restaurant and find Wi-Fi, at least not from their store. You might pick up a signal from another source though.

no, unfortunatly most resturants have wifi capibilities but you have to pay to use it and some charge you a lot of money for a cruddy connection
