Do retrogrades always stay retrograde?

And do direct planets always stay direct or do they change, and if they do, how long does it take for them to?

I have only three retrogrades, what does it mean?

Saturn, Neptune, Uranus are in retrograde and so is my True Node.

The planets in the birth chart stay the same... direct stays direct, retro stays retro...

There is a technique called secondary progressions, connected to personal evolution, that might have some of your retro planets to go direct (and some of your direct to go retro) but it still doesn't really change your birth chart...

Your birth chart is a picture of the sky the moment you were born. It doesn't change. Things happen over the years, but the birth chart remains the same.
