Do rollercoasters suck?

Question

Im going to a theme park with friends this summer! I've never been on a rollercoaster and im kinda scared!!!! Are they worth going on? Will i get sick? How Long do they last? Just give me the Download!!!

I had  the worst fear of roller coasters, because my dad made  me go on the cork s***w before I was ready. It scared the ever living c**p out of me.

Then I worked at Cedar Point one year.  I road the Magnum; my fear of coasters are gone now.

Yes,yes,yes ride them! Very much worth it.

If you like heights then you have nothing to worry about!  If you eat too much then you will get sick but if not then there is nothing to worry about!  They are worth riding and is so much fun!

I'll take any roller coaster over a flat carnival ride any day of the week. Just make sure you keep your eyes open - I get dizzy when I don't. Also front cars are usually easier (drops don't make your stomach drop as much)

Rollercoasters are awesome!

You will be really scared at first but then when you actually get on the ride and go down the fist big drop its really not even that bad. Go on youtube on watch videos of the rollercoasters your going to go on so you know what u are about to do. And dont wimp out, PLEASE. I went to cedar point and i whimped out on the top thrill dragster and now i wish soo much i went on it. They are really safe soo u wont die or even get hurt. just go on it and have fun!!! And most of them arent very long

it all depends if you are afraid of heights. Myself i dont like the wooden rollercoasters because they arent that sturdy. If you get car sick then dont go on a rollercoaster, if you dont then your ok. i think they are fun, some are pretty scarey but others are wonderful. its all in your taste of things. most rollercoasters dont last that long but some do. depends on where you go!

the people that like roller coasters, love them. those that dont, won't.  

If you are not sure how you feel about it, start with a small, kid coaster. if that is not too bad, work your way up. and as long as you don't have a big meal right before you ride a coaster, you should be fine.

i hate rollercoasters, but they are usually less then a minute. and i almost guarantee u wouldnt get sick from it. try going on something small and if u like it keep going on thrillers, that seem scarier

they r soo much fun..but try the ones that r not as big first so u know what to expect from them!!
