  1. Nope, the front brakes are always larger because the front wheels have about 2/3 to 3/4 ( depending on your source ) of the total braking power of the vehicle.  

    The location of the drive wheels is irrelevant in this case.


  2. most all cars have bigger brakes in the front as thats where most of of your stopping power is.

    The RWD, FWD, AWD does not matter.

  4. no, the front are only pads, but the back are shoes, they are much bigger. if you are talking about the difference between rotors and drums, then the front is bigger, but as for pads and shoes, the shoes are bigger.
