  1. no, we don't.

  2. no they don't. The notion that all saudis are rich is quite inaccurate, and there is quite a lot of people that can qualify as poor.

  3. nope they dont get in that way but they r heavy paid for doing nothing

  4. not really

this is a wrong perception that saudis are rich

the country with highest number of millionares (if i am not mistaken) is germany

saudis in this aspect, don't get much as a normal right.

personally, i don't wish oil prices to increase above 70 dollars per barrel:

first, 70 dollars secure good cash flow for the government which can secure any infra-structure projects that we need as people in this country. like new hospitals, new airports, new roads ..etc. plus the good fund to build big companies that secure jobs.

second, when oil hits above 70s, it hit us back with higher imported products. also, when we travel abroad, we pay redicoulous high prices for transportation and some other items in addition to the increased air ticket prices.

third, oil prices hitting 200 dollars (as some expect) might cause global economic problems. we live in a small village, we might end up seeing  a global recission, which will hit us back eventually.

  5. lol

no, if you are in Alkhobar go to thuqba and see how "rich" are some Saudis

    *may Allah help them

  6. oil in these countrys are cheap like in kuwait its like 40 cents a litre or maybe cheaper but we fill a 4 by 4 with 20 dollars

  7. No, only the monarchy gets anything like that.  I use to think Saudis were all rich, until I moved here.  Basically you basic neccesities are cared for but that is about it. Not many people starve here.

Most poor Saudis live just outside cities, in villages and in Eastern Saudi as that is where the shia are and they are denied a lot of jobs even though most of the oil is there.

There is a lot of poor non saudis in Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. They are poor because they are the people who chose not to leave the country after hajj or umrah. What's weird is they came for religious reasons, but after being poor here for a while they turn to crime, even prostitution.  Weird how that works.

I have even met a homeless American. He came here to study Islam but ended up quiting and pretty much wandered the country living off the charity of Saudis.  They would give him a place to sleep, money, food, clothes.  Last I heard from him he was back in the US

  8. No not all have money but all have many free things. health care, schooling, ect.

  9. lol.. I wish

funny.. my american grandmother lives on a farm in Oklahoma.. there is a little bit of oil under her 40 acres.. about 10years ago the state oil people came to survey.. they told them they would get a check each month.. She was elated, she thought she'd come into money.. Boy did we have a field day laughing our heads off.. She gets a whole 5$ each month.. ROFL...... .. she said.. well at least she can go to Mcdonalds and buy a burger.. hahahaha!

  10. All Saudis are not rich. Most of them are lower middle class and middle class ( 50%), Upper middle class are about 30% and the remaining 20% can be deeemed as rich. No Saudis do not get an annual check. That is why I keep saying that Americans should stop listening to their media.

  11. No. They get free land, interest free loans ( and if you pay early you only pay 75% back ) to build a house... in college students are paid about 300$ a month...

However, beurocracy created long waiting lists, which made most of that stuff good to have but nothing to expect or rely on because of bad planning and management.

And no not all Saudis are rich. Not true at all.
