Do schools alowed chains/spikes/studs out side of school?

in school, completely depends on the school

As a teacher, and former punkrock h**l raiser, I know that the rules are effective on ALL school grounds. That includes play fields or any school property. We can ask students to remove articles up until the time they get on the bus. Then it's your parents deal.

im pretty sure that schools cant control what you wear out of school time unless you are some how representing the schhol like have a badge with the school crest on it

Your school cannot control you outside of school. You can wear whatever you want if you're not in school.

When you are in school or the premises then you have to abide by your schools dress code.  You can wear whatever you want outside of school.

My school doesn't allow studs or chains or spikes in school.  A lot of kids wear studbelts, though, and no one gets in trouble...I wore one a few years ago.
