No. Sea lions are not cannibals. The males ARE a bit over-eager in their duties as harem master (that is, fighting other males and mating). In their zeal, they will frequently rush over pups, accidently crushing them.

no but the Males frequently kill them by accident when they are fighting off interloper males to his harem. They smoosh them

No they don't. The males may kill them if they seem like competition but they don't eat them.
