Do shallow and fake people know that...?

They probably know but just don't care because they're so shallow they can't see their own faults.  Shallow people almost always think that they are right all of the time.

shallow people really dont give a ****. It depends what kind of fake they are. There physical fake and personality fake. If there personality fake then duh, thay want people to like them.

The shallow and the fake blend very easily with society and always have plenty of similar-minded people to socialize with.  So they don't care about the small number of non-shallow and non-fake people that they alienate.
