  1. no i don't think so


  2. They and other fishes have primary tongues, roughly equivalent to the base of the tongue in higher vertebrates, which also have a secondary tongue (the movable portion)

  3. Yes they do, but they are not called tongues for fishes and dolphins and sharks, they are called basihyals!
