Do sharks really go "stupid" when turned over?

I have recently heard that they cant turn over and are unable to do anything but lie there and float in the water? Please add a link to the information if possible with the answer

not true. sharks fins can EASILY upright them in the water, and they also often swim upside-down.

sharks cant move when they r upside down....thiz means they r unable 2 breathe & they eventually die.......
