Do sharks wash ashore with t-sunami?

I was watchin CSI Miami and there was a T-sunami, All of a sudden it came to mind on if sharks would wash ashore or not.

Do they come ashore with the wave?

  1. i haven't seen any studies that show one way or the other.. but i would bet on it.. fish tend to swim to the shallow water during storms or dangerous situations.. so it seems likely that the fish would get washed up on shore with the wave..

    however i don't think there have been any real studies on it.. usually after a tsunami people are far more worried about other things then they are about counting beached fish.


  2. No bcz of two reasons-

    1)they live under the water

    2)they are ln the mid part of sea where waves are not high even ships survive strongest tsunamis if they are in mid sea.

  3. It is not likely.Sea creatures would head further off shore and for deeper waters,they would be able to sense a change in their environment.

  4. NO THEIR UNDERWATER. IF YOU WERE SWIMMING AND HEARD THE TSUNAMI ALARMS, SWIM TO BOTTOM OF OCEAN AND LET IT PASS OVER YOU THEN COME UP AND YOU'LL BE SAFE.
