no. when you agree to be a site model (for layout sites on myspace i am assuming, because that is what these girls are), you agree to let the myspace owners use any of your pictures for their signs, banners, etc. a lot of times people use lesser known people, these are just a few of the models who put themselves out there and sometimes it gives them the image of "myspace wh---s" because they get a lot of attention because of this. but no, they do not get paid, and never will, but it is not illegal, because it is with their consent.

Yes. All models get paid. If they use your picture for advertising purposes, than they legally have to pay you, unless the person agrees to do it for free. If the people aren't paid either because they aren't told the picture is being used or if the people know their picture is used and the person using it just doesn't pay them, it's illegal.
