Do skate shops usually provide their camera crew with equipment?

Question

I'm interested in applying for a job at a local skate shop, but I'm not sure if skate shops usually provide equipment, and I sure can't afford it. I want to avoid an awkward conversation, like

"You're hired! Now go get your gear."

"I don't have any."

"..."

you know what I mean?

most likely your going to provide your own equipment. if you are going to get hired as a camera crew member. they are going to make sure you have your own equipment. i havent heard of any skateshops give out equipment out like that. i mean they do run about 1500+ bones. and thats just the camera plus the accessories will also cause atleast 1000+ bones. so yea thats a lot of money to hand out a new hire.

maybe if you have your equipment they might lend you accessories. other than that. good luck
