  1. for me i run faster in my speed suit because its just like a second skin like running naked lol... no clothes to get caught in the wind. (i live in chicago too so wind is a big issue in performance)


  2. To an extent, but most say it's all in the mind because sometimes how you feel and to some people how they look is important to them . There are many aspects that will improve your performance. The most important way to improve your performance is obviously proper/good training, proper technique/form, good conditions and optimal equipment.If you are just depending on the equipment it's all in your mind.

  3. Your performance is your performance, but it can improve your race times a bit. Skins are the way to go because they provide the least amount of wind drag.

  4. Yes that's why most school uniforms are jerseys and short shorts. Also some runners tend to wear compression shorts as well. I myself wear them because they help me out.

  6. Yeh they do aslong as you make sure you can still make the correct leg movements .
