i had a husky once and he couldnt bark only kinda wimper or howl, if there was an intruder in my house he would of licked them to death rather then scare them with a bark or a bite.

Yes, they do, but of course it does occur that the dog cant bark, just whimper, because of and incident, or was just born like that.

Just about any dog can be trained to pull a sled, so there is no great answer for your question.

Yes, some sled pulling dogs have a deep throaty bark. Some don't.
