Do sleep makes help you sleep?

well ive seen some very cute sleep mask in places like claires etc. ive also seen them on tv and all but do they actually help you with sleep? if they do im gonna need one of these lol

  1. They block the light and this helps establish circadian rhythms, your internal time clock for sleep and wakefull times. Turn off TV and radio also, don't eat right before sleep, read a bit, relax, then try-mask will cut out any light in the room, windows and in the morning. Good luck!
