  1. Depends on the type of business you will be conducting.  Many times, if you are leasing a place for your business, the landlord will require liability insurance in case one of your customer/clients has an accident on the property.

    I would contact your local SBA and Economic Development office, they should be able to answer this specifically for you, or try the Texas Secretary of State
