  1. No because they do not have any energy to cycle the action, you must manually cycle it (**** back the slide)


  2. You can fire the same snap cap several time by manually cocking the hammer. When you work the action the snap cap will be extracted from the chamber and ejected from the pistol.

  3. it is the slide going back that causes the shell to eject as the 'ejector' is triggered.

    When firing a semiauto, it takes some of the power of the gunpowder and redirects it into working the slide.  As a snapcap has no gunpowder, it cannot work a slide on it's own, but if you manually pull back the slide sharply, it will fling out the snapcap

  4. No, they stay in the chamber unitl you **** the gun again.
