  1. well if your looking for a job and your interviewer goes on facebook or myspace and finds innapropriate pics of you, then yea it could cost you a job.

  2. Gets kids inactive, less human-to-human interaction, waste of time, really really pointless... etc.

So yeah, as a teen, they annoy the h**l out of me.

  3. I wouldn't think so.

a couple of weeks ago Mega Star Media (http://www.megastarmedia.com) built a social networking site as a compliment of my site. Its members are my clients, and it really did great in keeping them back to my site.

In general, whether social networking sites do good or harm is truly depends on users themselves. It is their judgment and understanding, plus precaution and a good look at policies set by the site management, that will mostly be a factor. I'm sure it can do more good, since it was created for good purpose.

  4. It depends on what you use them for. If you are going to show off your drunk pictures or list weird details about your s*x life or personal life, then they can do harm in your life later on. Employers, teachers, siblings, parents can access it and maybe there are things you don't need everyone to know. It's what you put out there. Personally, I like to keep in touch with my friends on those sites. It helps with our busy lives!

  5. Yeah. Many social networking web site are a hunting ground for sexual predators that target immature teens.

  6. Not true.
