  1. Look carefully at your mores, why is it there? What is it's usefulness? Even if you choose not to keep them it is useful to look at their function, and why other people would keep them. Respect people's choices about if they keep them or not, there is likely more to the picture than you can see.

    We respect societal values, but sometimes we see a need to act as an agent of change for some values.  For example, any discriminatory policies and/or behaviors.

  3. No. They just have to follow the rules in their book. They are civil servants after all.

    And have a respect for others beliefs.
