  1. not if it is certified for sale in the US.


  2. No,nor do refrigeration units being sold now. But there are many older refrigerators and freezers that still have CFCs that need to be captured and destroyed.

  3. NO !! but the CFC's is too heavy to destroy the ozone layer.
