no, they all really suck at it. no power company upgrades the infrastructure enough.

NOT OUR POWER CO. thay say what time it will come back on when you call there hot line , but its not allways right, hate using the generatorwhen the power is out .

usually you only have one company to compare to.

So it is hard.

It isnt like you have different choices at the same time.

You have a choice who you pay too, but not who provides the power.
