Do some layout hide the shortcus bar for myspace?

okay so i got a new myspace layout but l dont see the shortcuts?like everytime l refresh i see the shortcut then it diappers.and l know i can get delted fro not having those shortcuts.but do some layouts hide shortcuts?and do i have 2 get a new layout?or is it just my computer?

there is a code to hide shortcuts and it may be within the codes in your layout.. i suggest you get a new one
