I ask this question because of a response from another answerer to a questioner.

I don't mind being objectified but only if the female doing it does not do it to other men at the same time or I start to feel jealous...then I start not to take it seriously and ignore her.

As for females who objectify celebrities or athletes, I know the odds are against them on actually winning that celebrity or athlete, and it makes me want to work harder on improving myself both inside and outside...not to win her but to win a more humble female.

Absolutely.  But not all of us do. And some don't like it at all...

Stereotypical male sexual behavior is a prme example of self-objectification which more often than not leads to objectification of the subject by others of all genders.

Well for the most part yes. Even if the woman looking is unattractive, it still won't bother us even if it doesn;t turn us on because she is attractive. I think I wrote something about this before. Some women complain about being objectified, whereas, men wish women lusted and visually enjoyed our bodies more. That's why I would say, one's man's trash is another one's treasure apparently. We are just so s*x driven and find it flattering if an attractive woman is ogling our bodies. I'm pumped right now from doing pushups and have my shirt off right now, if you want to objectify.

Stop wanting us for our minds or money, etc and start lusing for my well built body d**n it, lol. When we're s******g, I want to know that my body is enticing itself visually and not because it became that way because my mind and that's what just matter irregardless of my fit physique. ; ). After all, when having s*x you aren't kissing and sucking a man's brains are you, well if you are good, you could be sucking/******* his brains out... oh man I'm in a frisky mood today *silly smirk* But anywhoo, it's basically great for a man to see attractive women admiring and adoring the aesthetics of his body and is usually quite flattering for a man, whereas, perhaps women take it for granted because of men's sexual/visual nature towards women. Not to say, that some men don't cross the line as it is rude to cat call and just blatantly stare, which comes off as creepy I would think.

Yeah of course, but, I do remember being at a Chippendale's show (my cousin is a ballet dancer but he ended up being a Chippendale for a while lol) there were hundreds if not thousands of drunk women there, that was a but unnerving   these women were really out of control I was grabbed, groped, flashed at and ogled at the urinal. Too much!!

Hopefully the PC brigade will never find a way to legislate against us objectifying each other. No doubt they will try.

Once I was a stripper at three bachelorette parties in one night.  It never happened again, but if I had the opportunity, I'd strip for women on a weekly basis.
