Question:

Do some people not know how to believe?

They say they won't believe it until they see it, but when they see it they think it's lies, conspiracy theory, or a natural phenomenon, or they question the evidence.

This has been going on for all time as far as I know, about many new discoveries.

I'm not talking about belief without proof, or faith.

  1. No they are too wrapped up in facts to rely on instinct

  2. i believe in a thing called love

  3. Show it to me.

It works like this: We ask for proof. We're always given some silly proof like "god is in the eyes of a child" or somebody cites some coincidence they experienced and calls it proof of god. We say that the proof is nonsense and doesn't stand up to scrutiny. People like you say our attitude is the problem.

  4. You can't believe everything you read in newspapers for instance.

Although you can narrow down which ones are more honest and unbiased. Same for news channels.

If you blindly believe everything you hear and read without questioning why or how. I would say you are very gullible indeed.

Meaning the individual not you btw.

You will NEVER challenge a logical mind to blindly trust in magic or supernatural phenomenon.

This is why i detest religion, but thats another topic.

Question everything it's what makes us intellectual beings.

  5. Its called human nature.

"Don't bother me with the facts, my mind is already made up!"

  6. Remember, a "Cynic" is what an optimist calls a realist
