Apparantely Macdonals put human excremants in one of their products and though it was hilarious. It made me wonder just what goes on in the kitchen when you go for a meal etc. Once i went to this chip shop at about 11.00 at night and ate some chips from their and they actually tasted like **it...i was almost sick!! Has anyone ever had any experiences like this?

  1. i had vegetable pie and custard at southend hospital , instead of apple pie , i went in there for food poisoning

  2. oh my god,i hate it when they put cottage cheese in my salad at ummmm c**p i cant remember the restaurant!

  3. My sister found a booger in her glass of water.

  4. Found string in coronation chicken sandwich, was about a foot long!

  5. Yeah, the guys are always jerking off in the mayonnaise.

  6. my dad found a live ladybird in a pack of nigerian grapes, it had survived the trip from nigeria to uk, and my mam found a dead lady bird in a salad

  7. If you ask people in the industry, there are common stories of chefs & other restaurant staff who add extra 'ingredients' to some diners' dishes in order to "teach them a lesson", either for themselves or they wanted to take revenge for a colleague. It appears to be usually because the customer complainted too much, scolded the waiter for trivial reasons, badmouthed the food or restaurant loudly etc. They may choose to sabotage those dishes with heavy seasonings, which would help to disguise the smell or taste. I think the worst I have experienced was only a single strand of hair, which was probably not intentional.

So if the food is not that great, probably best to keep your comments to yourself, at least until you're out of the place!

  8. i once bit into a fish finger, and this revolting smell came from it, it was so bad i took the batter off and there was a huge fish eye, im still boking at the thought even though it was about 15 years ago.

  9. A local restaurant ( i wont say where) was closed down recently as the police raided the place & found an Alsatian's (German Shepherd) head in the freezer , I can only guess where the rest of the poor dog ended up.

  10. I don't know, but I've watched "hidden camera" programs on TV and some pretty gross things happen. A steak dropped on the floor and they picked it back up and put it on the grill.  I've also heard of stories about chefs that get upset if what they make is sent back if it's under-cooked or over-cooked.  Lets just say, I try my best to NOT send anything back!  Don't mean to gross you out, but they say if we knew what went on in restaurants, we would never eat out.
