Do some state schools where you are not a resident match in state tuition for undergrads?

I heard some schools like Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan will allow you to pay the same tuition rates as what your normal state school would cost (where you are a resident). Is this false? If not, are there any other schools that do this?

  1. It's true. The University of Arkansas will do it if your ACT scores are good enough.

  2. It is true.  Many schools will do this providing your GPA is high enough and you had a high enough score on your ACT/SAT.
