    However, high school students do have an exit meeting at the end of their senior year. The IEP is reviewed and objectives marked attained or exited without attaining.

    If no rep means the parent does not have to attend that is true, as long as the parent is informed in advance and has been invited twice with no response. If the student is 18 he/she can sign for him-/herself.

    Post secondary schools are not obligated to provide any special services like an IEP. Every building must have handicapped access, but that's about it. If the student wants to pursue special services at a post secondary institution, it would be prudent to have that senior reevaluation to confirm needs. About the most you can get is extended test time, extra tutors, and maybe sign language interpreter for hearing impaired.
