Do spells really work?

ok so i was on this website for fun to see if there are spells that can change your appearance and I guess there is, but like do they actully work or are they just for fun? lol i knows its a stupid question but i am being silly xD

I wouldn't use that spell.

If you want to improve your appearance maybe you need to work on your self confidence.  Try some self esteem boosting exercises.

yeah thats a silly and hard question..well...maybe it works on other poeple but on you maybe it wont work.....some spells are just for fun but....the real question is does magic really exist?i mean poepl says that theyre only in movies.

I'm an atheist but during a sort of transitional period I spent a few years studying and practicing witchcraft. Spells "work" under certain circumstances - that is, sometimes just focusing on the thing you want, reflecting on it, and then having the intent in your mind (i.e. practicing the spell) is enough to make it happen. That's not what most people call magic, but sometimes the structure and formality of spells makes it easier to focus on a given outcome. Also - and maybe you don't do this - but most of my spells and rituals involved a lot of meditation, which is a wonderful practice for atheists, witches, or anyone else.

The spell you posted won't magically transform you into something that you aren't right now. If you're concerned about your appearance a better thing to do would be to look into a new hairstyle, different clothes, or maybe a different acne treatment (those were my problems, anyway :). If you do the spell along with it, so much the better - reflection and contemplation are never bad things to go along with any sort of decision. But at least for me, it was always more fun to write my own.

It kind of depends on if you really believe it can work. Just reading a "spell" that someone else created will most likely do absolutely nothing. Trust your intuition. You may be surprised.

Yes, I do, but you're assuming the wrong effect of the spell you linked to. It doesn't change your physical appearance, you remain the same. However it makes people percieve you differently. They see you differently, but not physically.
