Do sprinting spikes make you faster

i run the 100 metre and 200 metre i was wondering by how much if in fact by any will my times improve if i get a good pair of spritning spikes. right now i run 11.90

Yes, sprinting spikes are brilliant. Before i bought a pair i was running 11.4's, when i started running for the school i bought spikes and stated running 10.9's.
