Do stilts affect height growth??

I am a 21 year old male and in desperate need of a few inches. My height is 165 cm only..Now i have a very embarrassing story to tell, since the age of 16 in order to overcome my short height and the lack of confidence due to it i decided to do something.I made a solid object and i put it in my shoes, only at back of my foot so it became a high heel. That gave me about 1.5-2 inches which was quite good and i still continue to live with it as even stepping out of my home without those extra inches is not possible,so severe is my lack of confidence due to short height. But then i cant carry on like this. i wanted to ask whether this venture that i took for some extra inches is what is stopping me from attaining my real height and if i need to let go of it or if the damage has already been done

  3. They should not damage you in any way. If you are going to get any taller then you will if not just accept yourself for what you are and get used to it.

  4. They actually sell shoes with lifts in them.  They do not affect your growth.  You are just a short man.  Get used to it.
