  1. It certainly looks like they might this summer.  But generally I believe that stocks in general during the summer lag a little because those who would normally buy stocks are instead gone on vacation.  Also those who might be selling stocks, I might add. They do however tend to keep in touch with their brokers by lap top, blackberry, or cell phone; but in general they tend to pay more attention to the ladies on the beach or the birds in the trees in my case.

    End summer is good period for buying

    January is also good period.
