No.  Stores cannot have surveillance cameras in the dressing rooms.   That would interfere with a person's right to privacy.  And unless they want to get the cr_ _ sued out of them,  they do not have two way mirrors either.

Not in the individual dressing rooms but they will have them at the entrance to the dressing rooms area.
