Do strength or resistance parachutes work?

Im thinking about buying a sparq parachute and i needed to know if it will work and how good. Please tell me by your personal experiences.

It will add resistance to your running but I'd think running hills would do the same as far as building strength.  Honestly take a look at the sparq chute and see if you can make one with the same material and save yourself some money.  Something like a $5 rain poncho and some rope would work fine.

yea it helps you get in shape, and makes ur legs stronger. idk how good it works but Cadillac Williams is using one to rehab from his torn patellar tendon.
