  1. one way to reduce stretch marks is by not scratching your skin or the stretch marks.. this irrtates it.. if u feel itchy just rub the skin... another remedy the worked for my cuz who now doesnt have any stretch marks is applyign cocoa butter.. in about a year.. it should be less or gone.. this was like maic for my cuz... its very affordable.... hopes this helps

  2. No, stretch marks are caused by growing or gaining weight and loose skin happens when you lose that weight. Your skin will also feel looser in areas with a high fat concenctration and not a lot of muscle.

Stretch marks usually fade so they are almost invisible and you can tighten your skin by working out the desired area and using a skin firming cream.

  3. stretch  marks DO NOT cause loose skin, loose skin comes from rapid weightgain

stretch marks are a result of gaining and loosing weight constantly, they also can develop from gaining too much weight too fast,

just like pregnant women gets them, because the skin stretches to fast to keep up with the growing fetus.

  4. No it doesn't do that, it's actually just from it strecthing too fast. and if you lost weight without exercising you would have loose skin with strecth marks, but stretch marks dont cause it.

You can use vitamin e oil 3 times a day for a few weeks to help get rid of them and also avon has stretch mark cream.

    God bless :)
