Not at all -- they make you human!

After all, only robots never make mistakes so it's kind of nice to make a mistake every now and then. Proves we're human.

And if we can learn from our mistakes then we've turned a bad thing into a good thing.

The man who falls flat on his face is at least going forward! :)

not at all. their is no such thing as a stupid person. these mistakes are only done because of lack of practice, but it doesn't mean that you are stupid.
