Nope they use pectin instead.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Pectin, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Natural Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Raspberry, Lime Flavors and Artifical Colors, FD&C Yellow #5 and #6, Red #3 and #40, Blue #1.

Yes they do! I had eaten some of them not realizing and not really thinking they did and after i eat them i looked on the back and it contains small amounts of gelatin. i was kinda mad at my self for not looking first (since im Vegan)
