  1. yes but u don't have to, giving a slow releasing amount of oxygen/air would be nice for your tadpoles. but be sure that the air released wont be so powerful that they don't get knocked around.


  2. Yes.They have gills like fish.

  3. yes they need a regular supply of oxygen

  4. They don't need a huge pump or filter but they do need the constant exchange of air in the water. After they can climb out of the water they don't need one.  

  5. They do not necessarily need oxygen in the water but it would be a good idea. If you do not feel comfortable not giving them oxygen then you should but they do not need it.
