Question:

Do talent agencies represent this?

Do they represent your multiple talents and facets of entertainment(singing, dancing, acting...)?

Or do you have to get an agent for each type of talent that you have? (One for singing, one for acting, one for dancing....)

Also, I heard that sometimes, if they think you've got what it takes, but are not quite polished (like, you have a voice, but haven't taken professional voice training) they'll help you and still work with you? Or do they completely reject you and say "come back when you're trained." or "come back when you've lost weight" or "come back when you've worked on your talent"?

Thank you so much and God bless :)

  1. I know the answer but since you said God Bless I'm not gonna tel you. Stop pushing your beliefs! Stop forcing your cult down my throat! It already hurts to talk!

  2. Talent agents come in all shapes and sizes.  Some are very specific in the talent that they represent, specializing in a certain market.  Others tend to venture into a variety of areas like those your interested in.  The areas you mentioned are all closely related so you should have a problem finding somebody who can help you.  Make a list of the areas of interest and match that up with an agent.  I would think most agents would encourage you to do the pageant circuit as it would be more items for your portfolio.  As far as talent development, a good agent has the ability to see raw talent and has contacts with professionals that can aid them in refining that talent.  Remember, to the agent your his/her product.  A good agent will do everything they can to make you the best you can be.  After all the better they make you look, the more money both of you will make.

When looking for an agent keep in mind that your interviewing them as much as they are you.  Make sure that you get one that can handle your goals and work with you as an individual.  There are a lot of talent agents out there.  Get the one that you want, to be lured into going to one that wants you.

Good luck, and may God Bless you!
