No. True tarantulas make egg sacs which they carry in their mouthparts (usually), incubate, turn and also clean them.

Note to Bonnie:

I did not state that "Many species of spiders do not carry eggsacs in their mouth." Please read again what I said above. BIG difference between the two.

What do you mean? Tarantulas will lay their eggs anywhere, but they are bundled up in a sac.
