yes they do. some are laps belts and some are the normal three point belts. lap belts are belt that go across ur lap.:)

No but passengers do, im pretty sure. Its really up to the driver

In NYS, taxi drivers, limo drivers, for-hire vehicle, and non-school bus drivers are exempt from having to wear their seatbelts. It's actually written into the law that way.
