Yes, they do. Otherwise they get ignorant ideas from their friends. Parents, sadly, can't always give kids the information they need to be safe and  healthy because their own issues get in the way. Kids need a safe, unemotional place to learn the facts.

Not as much as the pre-teens do!  Teenagers are a bit late in the game, don't you think?  But, they deserve to have their questions answered just as much as the next guy. Frankly, I'd rather hear it from a teacher than my mom.

They do and GOI has issued instructions for its introductions in schools from this year.The absence of  adequate knowledge or entire ignorance of the matter many a time leads to tragedies.A child never knew that it was being sodomised by a senior for a long time. A husband was astounded on the First Night when  he learnt from the bride that this was being done to her on all nights by her father . Both were  cases of lack of  sexual knowledge.

absolutely. In some countries s*x isnt a taboo subject like it is in the UK and they start their children off early as young as 7 or 8 in some countries wth s*x education. In these countries the number of teenage pregnancies and people infected with STDs is incredibly low compared to the rest of the world. If anything we dont teach them enough.

By the time children reach their teens they know more than the adults!  Example: Those 3 boys ages 9 and 7 who drug an 11 year old girl into the woods and raped her.  That young and they are already schooled in adult activities.  There is another girl who was 11 at the time and she had a dna test done on a 12 year old boy and he was proven not to be the father!

The best thing is to NOT act like children don't know and PARENTS should discuss this matter with their children as soon as possible.  I talked to my daughter and she did not become a statistic like her friends did.
