Do teenagers use cell phones in germany?

My 16 year old daughter is going to be in germany as an exchange student for a year and we were just wondering if most teenagers there use cell phones

yeah, like everywhere.  But hers probably won't work there.  Make sure you check with your provider, and if you want her to have one, you need to make sure she has a multi-band one.  You provider can help pick out the best one.
