  1. The same GI Bill? Or the same time to take classes?

    GI Bill, Yes,

    Taking classes, it really depends on your unit, chain of command, and your job (not MOS).


  2. The GI Bill is the same, however the Army offers the "Army College Fund", which is a kicker (Addition) to the GI Bill. So you can acctually get more gi bill / kicker money in the Army.

    I tried to research if the Air Force has a similiar program but I could not find it.

  3. Benefits are across the board for all branches with the exception of tuition assistance. Some branches only allow so many credits per year and others offer more. There is a cap on allowed credits per year by Congress but they are set by each branch as far as what they want to allow.

    There is a helpful chart on the link showing the differences by branch. The Navy only allows 12 hours per year for example.
