they are my pick right now out of the al, and they have the best record in baseball, so certainly that's a good indicator...they are the most complete team in the al, they have the best pitching staff by far, if they had maybe one more power bat in the middle of that order they would be that much more imposing

They're hot right now, and some of their players are still coming into stride, meaning that even with some players not playing at full potential, they're still killing.

too hard to tell, but so far it sure looks like it.  Their pitching is sharp, and their hitting is doing very well.

I think they're looking good right now. Pitching staff has been excellent and offense is great too.

Now, i've heard it all okay.. the whole AL west is "weak" blah blah blah and "angels need a big bat" etc etc and "they suck postseason" okay i get it.. BUT i'm really sure that their key to going all the way is staying consistent.. i mean they have a good offense its there.. they just zap out sometimes.. Also, staying healthy and making sure that they do what they do best... pitching, defense and timely hitting ^^

Ya they are a great team who definitly has a great shot at making the play offs especially with there pitching. They need to get one more big bat in there lineup

what do you mean no cuz the red sox are in the al? the angels just swept the red sox, and yes they do have a very good chance because even though they have a mediocre offense, there pitching is very hard to beat, in the playoffs, having to face Lackey, Saunders, and Santana in a row would be tough for the opposing team, and also their bullpen has been lights out lately, and they have the best closer in baseball, most their team is healthy now and their offense should start clicking

YES. pitching wins championships. i mean the red sox only scored like what 7 runs against them this weekend. they also have some great fielding, which is very, very important.

they win it all beating the cubs in six.

I'm a Red Sox fan and after I've seen the Angels play the Sox and beat them, trust me they got a chance to make the WS and hey maybe even win! But that's if they keep up the good pitching.

I think the Angels have the BEST chance at making it to the WS. They're the most consistent team  in baseball right now. I've said since the begining that the Angels will be under the radar this whole season, but they would be the best team in the major leagues. The Rays had a run for a while, but the Angels have been consistent all season.

They have an excellent shot at making it there. In fact that's who I think will make it.  I'm personally rooting against them to make it there until I see my Cubs are out of it.  As a Cubs fan hoping for a World Series appearance I don't want to face the Angels because I'm not sure the Cubs can take them.  I'd rather face any other team from the AL then the Angels.  If the Cubs get knocked out of it though then the Angels are probably the team I'll be rooting for.

I'm a BIG TIME Angels fan and I have to say what I saw vs. Redsox looks promising, HOT BATS!!! Let's just observe what happens second half of the season. If bats continue to improve, pitching will take care of itself.
