  1. Yes!

My home is locked and loaded!

  2. There aught to be a better way. Perhaps better enforcement of laws we already have. For example convicted felons with weapons are committing another felony and should spend a lot more time incarcerated.

Those who murder anyone in the commission of another crime should be executed. Drug dealers who sell to children should be incarcerated for long periods of time and if caught in the act executed.

  3. Everywhere in the US you have an absolute right to self defense.

However, depending on the state things can vary.  If you are in immediate danger defend yourself, no problem.  "Immediate danger" can be a bit misleading though.  For instance some states say you have a duty to retreat if you can.  So, if someone broke into your house and you can go out the back door safely then that is what you should do.  In other states (Texas really) you have a right to engage the intruder and kill them.

In short, look up your local laws.

  4. Yes they do.

  5. I live in Arkansas, carry concealed.  Sadly that part of Arkansas is infested with minority criminals

  6. Common sense would say so, but the way the laws are things don't look good for us. The criminal has more rights than we do. For example someone could break into your house and fall down your stairs and sue you for damages. Now isn't that ridiculous. This PC c**p has to stop, a criminals rights should not supersede that of a law abiding citizen.

  7. Yes, nearly everyone should be heavily armed and trained in the proper use of firearms.
